In-Stock orders will ship out within 2-3 business days, at the method selected by the customer at checkout.

Items made to order will ship based on the specifications of each product.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

There are no returns or exchanges for digital items.

Time Frame: We except returns or exchanges within 30 days of order. (Except for Digital Items)To be eligible for returns /exchanges, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (tags attached, no pet hair or snowball fights involved). A return label will be provided to you if you reside in the USA, international customers return items at their cost.

Custom or personalized items are final sale, (unless there's a crafting mishap on our end in which we will remedy the issue).

How to Start: Drop us a message, include your order number, a photo of the item, and why it's not sparking joy. We'll respond faster than a snowflake melts!

Refunds: For returns, we'll issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs) once we receive the item back in our workshop. Refunds zoom back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Exchanges? We'll swap it for a similar hat in a different size or color (if available) at no extra cost— you just cover the return shipping.

Shipping Responsibilities: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect—then we'll cover it!). We recommend using a trackable method to ensure your hat's safe journey back.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If your hat shows up with a glitch (like a missing stripe or the wrong color), contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll fix it with a replacement or full refund, including shipping—no questions asked!
